Caramel Sea Salt Baking Chips: 8/10
✨NEW ITEM✨ These caramel sea salt baking chips came just in time for holiday baking! They taste almost identical to butterscotch chips to me and are not lacking on the saltiness. While I did enjoy eating them on their own, they are so much better in a chocolate chip cookie! The caramel chips get nice and melty and the flavor shines in baked goods. I love how the hint of salt adds such a unique contrast to the sweet caramel. Each bag is $2.49.
Have you tried these yet? What are you going to bake with them? (I am not affiliated with Trader Joe’s)
Loved them! I had some plain and also put some in an apple crisp 👌🏼 will need to try in chocolate chip cookies next! Was afraid they’d overpower the chocolate chips but good to know they work!
We made the cookie recipe on the bag! They were great-but I think I’ll sub one of the sticks (2 🥴) with something! The texture was different but my kids never have met a cookie they didn’t like 😂
I got a bag to put in brownies!
I bought them to make cookies but ended up eating the whole bag plain 😆
bah! Damn palm oil they put in everything!
I gave them a 10/10! I’ve used them in banana bread and cookies. The banana bread was out of this world!
These have become my replacement caramel chips since I can’t seem to find Hershey brand caramel chips anymore at the name brand grocery stores
I used these and a bag of freeze dried apple chips and made salted caramel apple cookies! DELICIOUS
These were so yummy in a batch of salted caramel rice Krispy treats!!
I’m confused about why these are 8/10 and not 10/10….the most delicious 🤤
Between the palm oil and the natural flavors it’s a no go for me. #notclean
I made cookie bars with these and the dark chocolate chips, and they were so good!
I made salted caramel apple blondies with them 👏 and added them to pumpkin brownies
I made oatmeal cookies with these and they tasted like a Nature Valley bar
I liked them! I put them in a chocolate based cookie with toasted pecans 😋
Why do they always put salt on caramel these days?! 😭
These are so good in the gluten free pumpkin pancakes! 😋😋
I melt these in my espresso for lattes! 🤤
I added them to banana bread and omg YUM
I baked pumpkin bread and used these chips in it. Soooo delicious!
I feel like these would be epic in their pumpkin pancakes…
