Ube Mochi Ice Cream: 10/10
🚨NEW ITEM🚨 I have been waiting all summer for Ube Mochi to arrive, and now that it’s here, I can say it exceeded my expectations! There is nothing I would change to make this dessert better! #traderjoes does Mochi so well and the rice dough is perfectly sticky and sweet. I love how the Mochi itself is chewy, but not so chewy that it gets stuck in your teeth. Okay, now talking about the ube ice cream filling. It is PERFECT! The ube ice cream is incredibly creamy, nutty, and tastes almost like a combination of vanilla and pistachio. There are even real tiny pieces of ube in the ice cream and that’s really what bumped the score up. It was such a unique surprise! The chewy texture of the Mochi paired with the creaminess of the ice cream really makes this the perfect dessert. Each box comes with 6 Mochi ice creams for $4.49.

I bought 2 boxes and I’m still questioning is that enough lol also had to hunt down the black garlic on Etsy since it’s gone for the season 😩
