Peanut Udon Noodle Salad: 7/10
This noodle salad has delicious udon noodles on the bottom, with cabbage, peppers, onions, cilantro, and two separate packages of crushed peanuts and the peanut ginger sauce. I loved the sauce and enjoyed the slight kick from the ginger to balance out the sweetness of the peanut flavor. This noodle salad would be a great bring to work lunch, however keep in mind it is 2 1/2 servings. The leftovers were just as good as the first serving! I wish that this meal had a little more of a savory twist like some chicken added in.
Have you tried it yet? What do you think?
So frustrating when stuff like this has wheat in it. 🙄
Does it have green onions or another kind of onion too?
Oooh sounds so good!
soso good
also could u review the spicy cheese crunchies if u get the chance
Calories to high. This would be a cheat meal. I’m drooling
I would use that as a filling for a Thai wrap😋 using either chicken or shrimp ❤️
Its good.
I’ve been making a gluten free version of this for years! I’ll stick with my recipe it’s so good and easy!
I tried this today and I loved it! Cilantro was a little slimy for being bought a few hours ago, but I’m overall happy with it!
Is it vegan
Had this today. Very good
@isabelrerat omg yum
Would you heat this up in a pan? 💁🏼♀️
Where is this in TJs?
I was pretty disappointed by this. The noodle were over cooked and goopy.
Not a fan very slimy! Could have been better without noodles and vegan wonton strips
I really liked this. So good🙌🏽 I added some seasonings and chicken to it
I wouldn’t call those udon! (: Trader Joe’s should use the real udon then it would be delicious.
I liked everything but the noodles, they were slimy & weird.
Had this last night for dinner. It is sooo good!!
I had it earlier but thought the noodles were a little gummy but the sauce was good.
Didn’t love it Noodles were good tho
I LOVE it. Everything about it 😋
