1,000 Day Gouda: 10/10
As a #cheese lover, this is one of the best cheeses I’ve ever tasted. It was aged in Holland, and during the aging process, loses most of its moisture to produce an extremely flavorful Gouda. It is a slightly crumbly cheese with mineral and protein crystals that give it a bold flavor profile. I will be including this #gouda on every #cheeseboard I serve in the future and it is delicious paired with apples or on a grilled cheese with Italian Bomba sauce. It is $11.99 per pound and worth every cent.

Have you tried TJ’s Goat’s Milk Gouda? It’s a white cheese – different flavor and texture from other goudas I’ve ever had – bot SO good. When I put it on a cheese board people always love it and ask what it is.

Curious. I just bought the caramelized onion cheese and it had a sell by date of 5/25 but found it moldy. U know of any emails or something i can email them about
