Vegetable Panang Curry: 9/10
Trader Joe’s frozen Asian dishes always surprise me with how amazing they are! Every time I try a new dish, I cannot believe it came from the frozen section and not my favorite takeout spot. This Vegetable Panang Curry is SO delicious and has become one of my favorite frozen meals from Trader Joe’s. I love how creamy and flavorful this dish is – it’s a great, quick, easy to prepare vegetarian meal. The warm curry sauce is so comforting and tastes like coconut cream and Thai chili. After pouring the curry sauce soaked veggies over the fluffy jasmine rice, you’ve got a delicious meal that you really won’t believe was frozen! The meal is $2.99.
Have you tried it yet? What do you think?
This is also one of my favorite frozen meals from TJ’s! Soooo delicious!

My fave 😍
Hooooooooly crap this is good.
Bought and tried, and I was actually blown away. I added some fried tofu in since the portion is too small for a full meal, and damn! It was amazing !!!

Tried this recently and will be swapping all my Thai takeout cravings with this 😋
My favorite frozen meal from TJ ☺️
Is it spicy? Coming from someone who can’t eat pepperonis @traderjoesfoodreviews
I picked this up the other day and I’m so mad at myself that I only grabbed one!!!! Going to add some tofu next time and it will be just as good as my fav Thai place!✨
Whoa. 9 out of 10 is pretty ridiculous for this dish. The curry is lacking majorly in flavor and the veggies taste weird. The rice overcooks way before the ice melts in the curry while microwaving. This dish should get a 3 out of 10.
And! That rice is not fluffy at all.. it’s overcooked and soggy. But maybe you are used to shitty rice.
I had this yesterday and it was awful 😭

I get this and a package of the coconut chicken curry that is not frozen… In the vegetable Department. I microwave them together for 7 minutes. Then I Cut up the chicken, mix the two sauces together and put it over the rice. Makes a hearty meal for two. Sometimes I cook an extra bag of brown rice and then it makes for lunch the next day. I like to have it watermelon cut up.
This was fire with some chicken added.
