Burrata, Prosciutto, and Arugula Flatbread: 8.5/10
This is my favorite pizza I’ve had from Trader Joe’s so far. Thank you to everyone who recommended it! This pizza has a delicious base layer of burrata, which is a cheese made from mozzarella and cream so it is very soft and serves as the pizza base. The arugula is spread throughout and the prosciutto comes separately to add as a topping at the end. This is very convenient if you’re sharing this pizza with a vegetarian. This flatbread was cheesy, flavorful, and the prosciutto was high quality. Add a balsamic glaze or hot honey drizzled on top! It is $4.99.
