Peppermint Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix: 8/10
🚨NEW ITEM🚨 I get so excited when #traderjoes releases a new cookie mix! The corn cookies this summer were absolutely incredible, while the pumpkin spice cookies did not live up to the hype. I am happy to report that this brand new peppermint chocolate cookie mix was delicious and so easy to make! Each cookie tasted like a traditional chocolate chip cookie with white chocolate chunks and peppermint pieces mixed in. The cookies were slightly chewy and soft. I would definitely buy this again for a quick and easy Christmas cookie! These cookies would be amazing used in an ice cream sandwich using the candy cane joe joe ice cream! Each container is $3.99.

These are yummy! I had to use 2 eggs not 1 like the directions say.
Man I got these but I really thought they were a 3/10. Tasted cheap and low quality, wasn’t worth the time or calories. Very difficult to mix. Started with a spatulas, switched to fork, eventually just hand to mix with my bare hands. Bland flavor and the chewiness was extreme. Chewy like skittles, not like a cookie. A bit greasy as well.

I thought they were so good! Just a hint of mint
I made these and thought the dough didn’t come together easily- you have to use your hands to really need the dough and squeeze a bit to form the dough balls. But- they were DELISH! Chewy and crispy and soft in the middle. Amazing!
