Vanilla Baton Wafer Cookies: 8.5/10
On the shelves of #traderjoes are some amazing baton wafer cookies. From the chocolate, to vanilla, to the seasonal lemon, pumpkin, and cookies and cream, they are all delicious! This was my first time trying the vanilla flavor, and I loved it the same as the chocolate. Each baton wafer is filled with delicious vanilla cream. I love when vanilla flavored desserts use real, ground vanilla beans like these batons do! The crispy wafer cookies are also vanilla flavor and so light, airy, and a good crunchy contrasted to the smooth cream filling. These batons are amazing to stir your coffee or cocoa with or to add on top of ice cream! Each container is $1.99.
