Truffle Hot Sauce with Black Truffles: 6/10
🚨NEW ITEM🚨 I am a hot sauce and truffle lover so I was VERY excited when I first saw this product hit the shelves! It’s a thicker hot sauce with Chile peppers, black truffle base, apple cider vinegar and honey. This hot sauce has a strong truffle smell and tastes fairly spicy when tried on its own but when I added it to other products, the main taste I was getting was the sweetness! The sugar, honey, and apple cider vinegar really seemed to come through with this sauce, and it was almost too sweet for my liking. I used it in Mac and cheese, chili and on my morning egg sandwich. At $7.99 a bottle, I probably would pass on this one in the future unless they made it less sweet and more HOT.
