Strawberry Greek Frozen Yogurt Parfait Bars: 8/10
These strawberry frozen yogurt bars are a mix of Greek yogurt with puréed strawberry, tiny strawberry chunks, and granola clusters frozen in popsicle form- a great summertime treat that you can feel good about eating. They are not overly sweet, and the granola is a nice addition to this frozen yogurt bar as it adds an interesting texture to the smoothness of the yogurt and surprisingly didn’t get too soggy. I really liked how natural tasting and refreshing these bars were. To me it tasted like if you were to blend #traderjoes honey Greek yogurt with strawberries and add granola and freez into a popsicle shape! Very natural and delicious. At only 100 calories, this is a great, low calorie option. They are $2.99 for 4 bars.
