Smoked Apple Chardonnay Chicken Sausage: 8.5/10
This smoked apple Chardonnay chicken sausage was very delicious! I would have to say it’s one of my favorite Trader Joe’s chicken sausages that I’ve tried so far. It had a nice sweetness to it without being overpowering, and the Chardonnay gave it a good depth of flavor to balance out the smokiness. I like to take the casing off the sausage, cut it up, and pan sear it. This smoked apple Chardonnay chicken sausage would pair SO nicely with butternut squash mac and cheese or the butternut squash ravioli. This sausage has fall written all over it. Each package of 4 links is $3.99.
