Shredded Unexpected Cheddar Cheese: 9/10
🚨NEW ITEM🚨 This was a brilliant idea of #traderjoes ! I love their Unexpected Cheddar Cheese, but I love this new shredded cheese even more! Why? I can use it in more dishes easier. The block was super hard to shred or even to cube for cheese boards because of how crumbly it is. This bag of shredded cheese tastes the same as the block, but I’m finding is more versatile in my kitchen. I am putting this shredded cheese on every dish I make! It’s amazing on top of pasta, melted in breakfast burritos, or in an everything but the bagel grilled cheese. This Unexpected Cheese is an aged cheddar that is creamy, slightly tangy, and has those delicious salt crystals that give it a BIG flavor. I love it, but it won’t be a shredded cheese I buy every time because each bag is $4.99.
