Seville Orange Marmalade: 3/10
Seville oranges are bitter oranges. I thought by adding them to a marmalade with sugar, they would be more tolerable for me, but I was wrong. This marmalade was way too bitter and sour and unfortunately I will not be finishing it. If you enjoy Seville oranges, this marmalade is nicely done, but not to my taste. Each jar is $3.49.
