Raspberry Hearts: 8/10
I have to say I didn’t have too high of hopes for these cookies since they looked like they’d be dry and crumbly, but I was happily surprised and I really enjoyed them! The shortbread cookie is much softer than it looks which was a big positive for me. They were still crumbly, but not dry! I will say that the reason I didn’t rate these higher was because I still felt like they were pretty plain and I definitely could’ve used more of that delicious raspberry filling. The raspberry filling tasted like the jam #traderjoes sells but stickier and thicker and I wanted more! These are a nice Valentine’s Day treat when you’re looking for a change up from chocolate and I would happily purchase again. It’s $4.99 for the box.
