Mini Carrot Cakes: 7.5/10
🥕SEASONAL🥕 Carrot cake is one of my all-time favorite cakes! It may just end up being my wedding cake. I was so excited to see the seasonal carrot cakes back on the bakery shelf! I have to say though, the cake part of these was a little bit more like a dry muffin with raisins and walnuts mixed in. The icing however, was absolutely spectacular! It was a cream cheese frosting and I honestly could’ve eaten it plain. It made the cake part much better. I basically just ate the top part of these cakes with the frosting so the delicious frosting made up for the dry cake. I would maybe buy these again for an Easter lunch dessert, but would not crave them or buy them just for myself again. Each container of 4 cakes is $4.79.
