Caprese Ravioli: 8.5/10
🚨New item!🚨This caprese ravioli took the place of the chicken poblano ravioli and I have to say I’m not mad about it. The filling in this pasta is a nice 3 cheese blend (mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan) with lots of dried basil flavor, and tomato purée. I really liked this ravioli and have to say most of the raviolis at Trader Joe’s are pretty good (so far the only one I have not enjoyed is the lobster ravioli). I tossed this ravioli with the Herb De Provence olive oil, sautéed some of my favorite Chardonnay apple sausage, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes and the meal was delicious. It’s $3.99 for this pack.
