Bruschetta: 8.5/10
This bruschetta tastes so fresh for being jarred! Wow! There are pieces of tomatoes mixed in that are so juicy and flavorful. I’m not the biggest tomato fan, but I find myself digging to get the biggest scoop full of these tomatoes! The fresh garlic, onions, and basil give this sauce the best made from scratch flavor. I use this sauce on cauliflower gnocchi, slices of toasted French bread with mozzarella, and on baked chicken. The only reason I didn’t score it higher, is that is has a strong vinegar taste. I have been finding that lots of jarred Trader Joe’s products are heavy on the vinegar. I am excited to see how this compares to the fresh bruschetta Trader Joe’s also carries. It is $2.69 for the jar.
